Meta Skills
One of the skills I am taught is CV building as well as work experiences along with my actual projects. The programme we are shown is Meta Skills which is offered free from my college, we have to apply new skills weekly with what we learned in class, within our classmates and what new skills I learned outwith for my career like work experience or studying on YouTube. It has a downloadable CV builder and I can easily apply the skills I learned on the website. I have two types of CVs one for my desired jobs and one that has benefited with my current career in retail.

I use Indeed to catch all the latest job opportunities, I am already set notifications on the latest beauty industry job updates, I been using it since I was 17 so I know the Ins and Outs of the website, I frequently update my CV to suit my desired career, I am currently working in retail for financial support for my studies. However, I am willing to jump on any opportunity to support my career path such as Hairstyling, Editorial makeup, Bridal makeup, Special Effects and Theatrical.
